How this works

Follow the four steps below, top to bottom. You don't need any technical knowledge — each step tells you exactly what to do.

  1. Upload today's tickets. Add the photos you took of today's tickets.
  2. Extract the data. Press one button and let the tool read the labels for you.
  3. Review the spreadsheet. Download it, fix any colored cells, and save.
  4. Send back your corrections. Upload your saved spreadsheet so the tool can learn.

Upload today's tickets

Add the photos of today's tickets. You can drag them in or click to browse — JPEG or PNG, as many as you like.

    Extract the data

Press the button and the tool will read the device info from every ticket. This can take a minute — that's normal.

    Review the spreadsheet

Download the spreadsheet, open it, fix any colored cells, then save it. The colors tell you exactly what needs attention.

The download will appear here right after you finish step 2.

    What the colors mean

    • White — confident. Nothing to do.
    • Amber — double-check this guess.
    • Red — blank. Please fill this in.

When you're done, save the file and move on to step 4.

    Send back your corrections

Upload your saved spreadsheet (or several). The tool uses your fixes to get smarter over time.

      Update the reference log

Optional. Upload the latest Expiry Log spreadsheet so the tool has the newest device information.

        Past batches

Spreadsheets you've created before. Click to download one again.

        Getting better over time

The share of labels the tool reads confidently each week. The more corrections you send, the higher this climbs.
